SECTION 1: INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-----------------------------------------------------------------
To install the 1.01 patch of Star General (Win 95), copy all the files
contained in the archive file into your Star General folder
(the default install directory is C:\Program Files\Stargen) and
type: PATCH <PRESS ENTER> while at the DOS prompt.

After the patch is complete, you can delete the following
files from your hard drive:

PATCH.RTP
PATCH.EXE
PATCH.TXT (This text file)

SECTION 2: WHAT THE PATCH ADDRESSES
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The 1.01 version of Star General focuses on the following areas:

1) The AI is more aggressive in terms of invading player controlled
planets and neutral planets.

2) The AI is more aggressive in ground combat.

3) Fixes a bug associated with the AUTOSAVE utility.

4) Fixes some bugs associated with multiplayer game sessions.
